The Gain Cycle is the Worlds’ answer to the “Pain Cycle” of equal and opposite effect. Designed by Tanya Dunstan- a health and fitness professional of over 19 years industry experience, to establish a sustainable lifestyle focused on optimal health and genuine happiness in 21 days.
This program does not involve strict meal plans and extensive exercise regimes. It is not expensive, time consuming, exhausting, difficult or impractical. What it does is encompass a lot of elements you would encounter on most days, usually without paying much attention to. The program challenges you to become more self-aware of your triggers and behaviours, which enables you to rationally respond to situations and stressors instead of just reacting to them or feeling victimised by them, resorting to old, potentially unhealthy habits. The gain cycle breaks and replaces the pain cycle!
