Terms Of Engagement
Our Terms of Engagement with you:
1. Thank you for contacting us to express your interest in using our products and or services as an information resource.
2. The purpose of this document is to set out our conditions [as advisors not formally qualified solicitors] in the same capacity as “Citizens Advise Bureau” only with more practical experience with the court processes. to outline key information about how we will work for you. To avoid any confusion about false allegations of “misleading information” we reiterate in our slogan:
“YOU CAN TRUST US, WE AREN’T LAWYERS!”

4. We provide information openly and transparently for anyone to make informed decisions, we accept no responsibility for the outcome of your matters nor what you file or how you run your case, [or instruct your case to be run.]
5. We may offer individual assistance on a case by case basis as a separate option- this is done at the discretion and capacity of the owners and should that contract be entered into,we will:
(a) Review the relevant documentation;
(b) Communicate with the Court as your advocate, with your written consent, to establish what applications have been filed and the status of the parenting order application;
(c) Seek a hearing in respect of the orders you are seeking and applications on file.
6. We note that unsolicited emails may be in breach of suppression orders and we discourage anyone from placing themselves or their families at any risk of defamation, discrimination or harm through the judiciary or its agents [including Oranga Tamariki] We have a zero bullying policy which means strictly no threats, abuse or intimidation will be tolerated and any acts deemed as such will result in an immediate blocking from the site and possible legal action for the safety of our staff, members and the wider community.
7. We are obliged to comply with all laws applicable to us in all jurisdictions, including (but not limited to):
(a) Anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism laws; and
(b) Laws relating to tax and client/ customer reporting and with holdings.
( c) Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trade legislation
8. The purpose of this site is to empower others to competently and confidently represent themselves in proceedings- not to perpetuate a co-dependency where your best interests may not be fairly canvassed. We encourage you to use this resource and consult other resources to make an informed and measures plan for your personal circumstances for best case outcomes. Be cautious of affiliating with groups the court deems to be “radical” or “anti-system” as this will harm your case [as a result of prejudicial bias and defamation by association.]
9.It is important to ensure that all information provided to us and the court is accurate. If the information required is not provided, or considered by us to be potentially inaccurate, misleading, or in contravention of any law, we may terminate or refuse to enter into an engagement.
10. We encourage everyone who uses this resource to familiarize themselves with the Mental Health Hub with a list of allied health professionals to continue to regulate and ensure you emotional, psychological and physical safety is prioritized. Your survival is paramount to your success.

- Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) — a free, independent service, run by volunteers. CAB can advise you on your consumer rights and obligations, in person, by phone, or online.
- Community Law Centre — offers free one-on-one legal advice to people with limited finances. The organisation has 24 community law centres throughout the country. You can find legal information and other resources on its website.
- MoneyTalks — gives free budgeting advice to individuals, family and whānau. Financial mentors can help you understand your financial situation, organise your debt plan. 12. We are enclosing our client care information in respect of this retainer, including our basis of charging, general information about the service you can expect from us as advocates without formal legal qualifications. We are unable to represent you or act on your behalf but we are skilled and experienced to provide information and resources for you to be able to do this- or instruct a solicitor to a high standard to save time, money and stress. Our responsibilities and services are outlined in our standard terms of engagement.
